Return and Refund Policy

At Flybranch, all our products are made-to-order, so each item is created just for you. We take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@flybranch.com.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the damage.
  • We will work with you to replace the item or issue a full refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at info@flybranch.com if you need to exchange your item.

Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive the wrong product, we'll send you the correct item at no extra cost.

Change Your Mind?

  • If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be issues after we receive the item, minus any shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalize products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your request.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
